We process personal data collected upon visiting our websites pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG) [German Data Protection Act] as amended as well as pursuant to additional statutory provisions applicable for electronic commerce. Scope of the data collection

Using our website generelly does not require you to provide any personal data.

If you commission us to submit a prospectus or a newsletter to you, or if you have any individual questions, we will require personal data. Prior to collecting and storing such data, we will request your explicit consent on the corresponding part of our website.

You may subscribe to our newsletter on our website. We only require your email address for this purpose. We use the service provided by Clever Reach (https://www.cleverreach.com/de/datenschutz/) for our newsletter. The data will exclusively be used for sending the newsletter.

Contact form

You can contact us directly using contact forms on our website. The data transmitted via the contact form are stored exclusively for processing/responding to your message. After fulfilling their purpose, the data shall be deleted, provided no statutory retention obligations apply. The data are encrypted via SSL upon being transmitted.

Access, rectification, restriction and erasure

The user has the right to obtain information about the personal data that were stored relating to them free of charge upon their request. The user furthermore has the right to the rectification of inaccurate data, and to have their personal data restricted or erased, provided this is not precluded by any statutory retention obligation.
