10 Years, 15 Years, 25 Years – Here is the Secret Behind our Successful Projects

In October, Heribert Lamm was honored by Managing Director Frank Egersdörfer on the occasion of his 15-year anniversary at the company. We would like to thank Heribert Lamm for having built up the customer service team, which he also leads. This enables our customers to be supported on a rapid and flexible basis during the daily business. Heribert Lamm was also the first of our employees to go on-site in China, and a short while later the USA, to introduce the Cosmino systems there. He currently oversees both customer locations. On asking Heribert about the things that continue to motivate him after 15 years, he answered: ”Customer care never gets boring, and I am someone who needs a varied job which turns out to be challenging every now and then.”
In November, Mr. Glänzel completed his 10th year at COSMINO AG. Among other duties, he manages a customer that, starting from 1989, now uses the Cosmino MES Software at 6 different locations. Mr Glänzel has developed and realized several innovations with this customer. The focus is always on providing even better support for the customer's processes and staff.
Bernd Segerer is to celebrate his 25th anniversary at COSMINO AG next year. He has been a valuable member of the team ever since his university studies. He has been in charge of a large commercial vehicle manufacturer for several years, and also assists with an innovative research project.
"The high degree of personal responsibility and the frequent and personal customer contact with the same people over the years are the best things about my job," explained Bernd Segerer.
He is also enthusiastic about the fact that his work leads to intensive discussions with his colleagues. We know and appreciate Bernd Segerer as an experienced colleague who is consistently helpful, and who enjoys recalling his experiences and milestones over the last 25 years.
