Visualize current machine and oder data directly via the hall or factory view

Previous function of the Cosmino hall and factory views:

At first glance, the hall or factory view displays the operating status of the machines, lines and systems of the plant. These colours represent: green: “production”, yellow: “setup”, orange: “waiting time”, red: “repairs”, blue: “maintenance”, grey: “no production” and pink is an unknown or still unreported downtime.

The machine status is displayed on the hall layout or factory plan in the exact position where the system is located. Any number of factory views can be used for different areas and users.

Production managers keep a transparent overview on the status of the machines from their computer, and can retrieve further information. Hall and factory layouts are also clearly visible on large screens in production.

Alongside the machine status displayed in colour, this real-time overview can reveal a lot of other information. A default setting is the direct access to the recording dialogue of the work centre, in order to see order information, already collected operating data, downtimes in the last 24 hours or various real time figures for the current runtime.

New, additional function of the hall and factory views:

With the Cosmino version 7.92 completed at the beginning of the year, links can additionally be made to the work centres recorded in the factory view. For instance, these lead to evaluations (figures, histories) or to the currently recorded raw data of the work centre (orders, quantities, process data, work centre status,...). Http sites can also be linked here.
