Case Study: How ZF saves Time and Money with Cosmino SPC

As a Tier 1 supplier, ZF must consistently meet the highest quality standards—through early detection of and immediate response to process deviations, as well as transparent documentation.
To meet additional requirements, the Cosmino solution was recently thoroughly modernized: its architecture and user interface were redesigned with a focus on intuitive user guidance. The new Cosmino SPC dialog now triggers inspections based on time and priority and guides inspectors step by step through the processes. This allows deviations to be detected and corrected early on—while ensuring reliable data collection and minimal effort.
