Customer feedback and Christmas donation
By susanne.gutermuth@cosmino.de In At the end of the year, we invited our customers to participate in our latest COSMINO survey and share their experiences with our system support and project assistance. We would like to express our sincere thanks for the feedback—it helps us to further improve our work in a targeted manner.We are particularly pleased with the positive overall rating:
COSMINO is currently rated „Very Good“ with 4.5 out of 5 stars on Proven Expert.
This is a strong sign of trust, and we would like to expressly thank our customers for it.As part of the survey, we also launched a donation campaign: For every submitted review – whether anonymous or with name disclosure – we donated € 25 to the ANTENNE BAYERN hilft foundation. This foundation supports people in Bavaria who have fallen into hardship through no fault of their own, for example due to illness, accidents, or other serious misfortunes.
A special occasion is the annual ANTENNE BAYERN donation day on December 19., when moving stories are reported on the radio and additional donations are collected.
Especially during the Christmas season, it is important to us not only to work on projects, but also to contribute to helping people in need. We would like to thank all our customers for their participation and wish them a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
