Tracking Work Hours Worked by Employees for the Determination of Premium Wages and Productivity

As of the current version, the Cosmino Productivity module has been completely integrated into Cosmino MES Plus. The Cosmino Productivity module tracks the hours worked by employees and their activities as they work with machines and at workstations. Employee productivity can be determined using the resulting information.

Tracing and Identifying Finished Parts using Cosmino Traceability

Since end of 2014, the module Cosmino Traceability has been completely integrated into the existing Cosmino MDA and MES user interfaces. The seamless integration simplifies interaction with other Cosmino MES features, like process and idle time monitoring, quality assurance and energy management.

Improved Shift Scheduling with Cosmino

Until now, the Cosmino Software could only use one shift model as the starting template for each workstation. The shift model had to be changed in the master data and would be valid immediately after that. For this reason, a new user-friendly shift model planning functionality has been developed, which takes into consideration the diverse shift scheduling requirements of our customer base.

The Right Cycle for the Right Equipment Effectiveness (OEE, TEEP & NEE)

The ideal technical cycle as the cycle time for the manufacturing process for a cycle quantity is the foundation for the calculation of equipment effectiveness metrics, like Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Net Equipment Effectiveness (NEE) and Total Equipment Effective Equipment Productivity (TEEP). If the cycle is set incorrectly or even unknown, the resulting metrics will also be invalidated.
